Jon Manhire
Jon is the Programme Leader for ARGOS projects, including The New Zealand Sustainability Dashboard project.
Jons' expertise lies in business and strategic planning for the primary production industry - both agriculture and horticulture - for producers, businesses and sectors. He also performs market and industry analyses and has specific knowledge of environmental integrity systems - not only organic and sustainable markets but conventional production systems also. Jon also designs and implements primary sector research and development projects. He has undertaken international consultancy work in South Africa, South America, China, Europe and the Pacific Islands, and has experience in developing effective solutions for both large and small enterprises.

Jayson Benge
Jayson is the Industry leader for the kiwifruit sector. His main responsibilities are to facilitate and conduct research with key stakeholders. For 2 years (2011-13), Jayson was seconded to Zespri International Ltd to assist with research into the bacterial disease, Psa (Pseudomonas syringae pv. Actinidiae).
Jayson is a graduate of Massey University and has a Horticulture degree and a Ph.D. in Plant Science. Jayson has worked in the kiwifruit sector since 1997 and brings to ARGOS a good knowledge of the sector and kiwifruit production and a strong science background. Jayson is currently based in the Zespri Head Office in Mount Maunganui.

Andrew Barber
Andrew is the Industry leader for the Wine sector. His main responsibilities are to facilitate and conduct research with key stakeholders.
Having graduated from Massey University he has been involved in engineering consultancy for over 20 years, initially with Agriculture NZ and now as director of AgriLINK NZ which is a member of The AgriBusiness Group.
