The NZSD project has explored the development of sustainability assessment and reporting with other partners such as those in the meat and Aquaculture sectors. Currently it is working with NZGAP to help develop their sustainability assessment and reporting processes.

Jon Manhire has been invited to speak at the 7th annual AQNZ conference in Nelson.
Jon Manhire participated in meetings with HortNZ to discuss their proposed refinement of their NZGAP programme. HortNZ propose to extend the scope of this programme to address additional regulatory and market demands for environmental and social reporting as well as to enhance the value of collected information to assist grower decision making. HortNZ are keen to link with the NZSD project to inform them in these developments.
